Bol Th’arhosren walked into 10 forward after a long day tending to the warp core. He may be able to order someone to do that, as the chief engineer, but he preferred to do that himself whenever able. It was his warp core, he always said to himself, and his responsibility. Therefore it was his job to stay on top of it.

He sat down at the bar and yawned. He’d been up for 10 hours straight doing maintenance and other related things, even improving efficiency somewhat. But never taking his eyes off that pulsating blue light for more than a few seconds. He was exhausted, to say the least.

Lieutenant Bol Th’arhosren (CE)

KT didn’t drink, in fact she didn’t need to consume any liquids but she knew the crew like to socialise in ten forward, and it provided a good place for her to meet other members of the crew. She saw the CE enter and watched as she sat down. He was clearly tired but she figured this was a as good a time as many to take him up on his drink offer.

She walked over to him and smiled “I see I might have to order you to rest every now and then” She said her tone playful and warm. She didn’t know if the CE would enjoy her attempt at humour. Organic interaction was so complicated sometimes.

He chuckled a little, picking his head up off the bar. “Maybe you will. Haha!” He laughed a bit, clearly enjoying her attempt at humor. “How are you doing tonight?” he asked, sincerity in his voice.

“I’m doing well thank you” KT said kindly “Although I have noticed that this crew seems to find all sorts of unconventional ways to hurt themselves.” she added her tone humours.

“Aside from exhausted how are you feeling?” she asked her tone full of genuine care.
