“Admiral I will need to reconfirm some information with my First officer who is leading the Away team before making a solid decision on which route to take in this case However I would recommend that the Hope be brought in just encase we do go with the Evacuation if not the Hope can return to whatever it was doing before I would rather have the Hope here ready to jump in and help and not need her rather than need her and not have her.” she said hoping the Admiral did not think she would be unreasonable in that request

Tralla

“The Hope will be on its way. Keep me updated Captain.” Admiral Acton vanished that the viewscreen displayed the icy planet below them.

“Yes sir Admiral” she said simply then turned to send another text to her XO

=^=”The Admiral is leaving the choice of Evacuation or Leaving them up to me I need every bit of information you have on conditions and combat capability down there”=^= she sent it off and waited for a response

Tralla

The CoS sent a response. It contained a summary of everything that had transpired below the surface as well as a note that because these people had been left behind, while originally from the Federation, they had evolved their own culture now without warp drive and had nought the technical infrastructure to manufacture it. They were stuck here, and could be considered a pre-warp civilization.

A moment later, a chime went off as the Captain’s room went silent. If he checked, the new CNS, Kadance Argona, was there.

Outside the door, a young woman with perfectly regulated, coifed hair was adjusting her uniform one more time to be sure she was prepared to meet the Captain of her new ship.

Tralla had just finished reading the Report her chief of Security had just sent up sitting back in her chair she sighed rubbing her eyes her antenna curling as she tried to think and figure out what the right course of action was “Come!” she said not looking at who it was

Walking into the Captains Ready Room she would see various model ships Bladed weapons including an Ushann Tor Ice Pick which was Traditional for Andorians to have there was also A piece of Borg Drone Armor hung on the wall the hand her right hand which she was using to Rub her eyes showed the clear signs of former Assimilation This captain had a run in with the Borg and it was not a happy one at least until the obvious rescue the room was kept realitivly dark all things considered and actually Somewhat colder than most species liked but being an Andorian this was very comfortable

Tralla

Kady entered and stopped about halfway to the desk to take in what she saw. The Andorian behind the desk didn’t surprise her. The Borg implant scars and armor on the wall, did. She’d heard of this woman, in passing as a successful rescue story. But it hasn’t clicked, till just now, what meeting her would mean to Kady.

She watched the woman a moment, as she rubbed her head. Her voice coming out softly in case a headache was creeping up on the Captain. “Lieutenant Argona, ma’am. Is this a bad time?” Her hands clasped lightly before her as she relaxed her pose, slightly.

“No I just got done reporting to the admiral on our situation Though the final decision is up to me and I find myself not sure which would be the kinder path To force an evacuation or to leave them here.” she explained “Though a Headache cropping up does not help but I have learned how to ignore them mostly” she added turning to the Counselor Who would now see her eyes had been replaced with Cybernetic ones that was the most vibrant green possible

Tralla

“Ahh… seems like a heavy burden to carry. What are the down sides to leaving them here to carry on?” She wasn’t aware of the situation, but her Counselor side kicked in. She took the nearest seat and smiled at the beautiful eyes that turned to her. Cocking her head slightly, she continued. “I mean, unless there is about to be a planetary catastrophe that will leave the entire planet bereft and the inhabitants dead within a few weeks, perhaps there is no reason to uproot them and their society. Is there?” Her own eyes, a striking blue to match the Captain’s green ones, gazed at the woman with compassion and curiosity.
