Lieutenant Bol Th’arhosren walked through the bridge and to the captain’s ready room. This was his first rodeo as a department head, and he had been told he was supposed to report in to the captain.

He pressed the chime, and waited for a response. He had served with Starfleet long enough to get over his urge to be tense meeting with department heads, but meeting the captain still intimidated him a little bit. Because of this, he readjusted his uniform.
