=/\= I am responding in written format because the signal is intermittent here. With the question as asked, no, it seems that removing everyone from the planet is not the most responsible option. Restricted or not, the people here have a society. Regrettably, it is autocratic, but we are not in a position to change that. Additionally, the people here have lived in their current situation for so long that they would require more medical care than the Memorial, as a combat vessel, is prepared to provide in order to relocate them.

Simon walked up behind his Captain. He didn’t need to see the face, to know that the situation was tense, and possible even gotten worse, “Captain,” he said announcing himself. “What can I do to help,” he asked softly.
