It felt strange for KT to be in the position she now found herself. She had not long joined the Memorial and now she was the chief medical officer. Perhaps it was longer than she thought, after all she perceived time differently then organics. But maybe she had just been in the right place at the right time. Either way she was here now and needed to get herself up to date with her department.

It hadn’t taken her long to read all the rosters of her staff and learned about them. But she wanted a different perspective on things. That’s why she had called ensign Williams to her office. If Medical was going to work, the pair had to build a good working relation ship.
