Jack wasn’t particularly fond of transporters. He disliked the feeling of being torn too tiny atoms and manufactured in a different location. He always felt hungry after beaming over as if the contents of his stomach had been left somewhere in space. But seeing as he was a late transfer and there wasn’t enough time for proper docking he got over his dislikes and stepped on the Transporter Platform. The slight tingling sensation always started near his liver and made it’s way to his stomach. Moments later he was standing Deck 3 of his new home. He stopped to look around the room. Six person transporter, single Transporter Chief, a fairly sizable room. It was slightly larger than ships he’d served on but not as packed. He grabbed his duffel bag and threw it over his shoulder “Well no time like the present, aye chief?” He said as he stepped of the platform. This was going to be an interesting trip.

NE Helpsie looked up from the transporter controls as the CMO was finished being beamed aboard. “..Ah hey lieutenant! Welcome aboard! If you wanna check in with the XO or CO I’m pretty sure they’re up on the bridge or ready room right now!” he said.
