Technically, not only was Faye overdue for her yearly eval but she ever actually had one since she boarded. Her circumstances were a little bit different given she was a Mission Specialist under a different jurisdiction. Sort of. The counsellor wouldn’t know that she was actually attached to Intelligence, though Faye was looking forward to the point where everyone just new and took it as a fact. This double-life she was leading was grating on a deep level, but Cochrane was right that she needed to go with it for her own sake for the time being.

The notice to report for evals hadn’t escaped Faye but it took her a bit longer to respond and ask for an appointment time. She was flexible.

At the appointed time, Calloway showed up at the office and rang the chime.
