“Thank you,” Logan said as he accepted the bottle. “Of course, I only drink after my duty shift ends.”

“So is there anything else that we need to go over? I think that’s pretty much it.”

Tyv nodded in agreement, “As it should be sir, it’s never a good thing to be inebriated while one is on duty. However, please do enjoy it while you’re not on shift! As per your assignment, I’ll ensure that everything is covered while you’re unavailable sir!”

Tyv thought for a moment on the question before he could think of a question. “Nothing in particular sir, but when there’s a moment, it would be good to go over any specific rules you might have for the ship as a whole and to greet any personnel that I haven’t met.” Tyv wanted to be sure to know everyone’s face that he worked with or along side of. He was better with faces than names of course, but he wanted to make sure he knew everyone and understood their role. Even if it was something simple, if he was to be the assistant to the Chief of Security, he needed to know everything he could, just in case.

“Specific rules?” Logan repeated. He thought for a moment.”I don’t think that I have any. Just use your best judgement. You can go over the roster and see if you’ve missed anyone.”
