All I can say is wow! and thank you for continuing to post during my overly long absence.

The surgery was a success, and I’ve spent the last month in recovery at home, a couple of weeks on Doctor Mandated Sick Leave, then the next week or so on a part time work load. I am now able to walk around again without the use of a mobility aide but still have to take things fairly easily. I have had to focus on work, but I have got that in order now so am ready to give my all to you guys and this mission. Please feel free to continue on with the things you’ve been doing to keep yourselves occupied during my absence.

Really happy to have you back, Russell! I’m glad that you are recovering well, and I’m sure I speak for the entire crew when I say we are super excited to have you back in the mix and to see what you are gonna throw at us! Welcome back!
