At each station he spoke briefly with the watch supervisors, reviewed duty rosters, verified weapons accountability, inspected emergency response equipment, and confirmed that all security sensors and internal monitoring systems were operating within Starfleet specifications. Although a handful of minor maintenance items were identified—primarily routine recalibrations of internal sensor nodes and a replacement of a malfunctioning security console display in Cargo Bay Two—none posed an operational concern, and corrective work orders were immediately submitted to Engineering.

Completing his inspection, Kreeger returned to Main Security and finalized the department’s daily readiness report.
