As part of the usual boarding protocols, Ruki headed to the sickbay on Deck 3. He waited until he could be seen.

Ruki continued to wait patiently in sickbay to be seen by one of the overworked medical staff, he hoped it would just be a standard tick and flick, though if he was honest about it, the chronic micro fractures in his knuckles and shins were painful of late, so he chose not to be honest about it, and go on with the training regardless, an enemy trying to shoot his XO, scientist or doctor on the away team wouldn’t go easy on him because of the fractures, and a lesser holodeck intensity wouldn’t keep his skills at peak efficiency, and his crewmates deserved him to be at that level of readiness so that what happened to Noel didn’t happen to anyone else on his watch.

Noah popped out from one of the labs and saw the Lieutenant sitting there. He tossed a couple of hyposprays down on a counter and grabbed a medical tricorder before walking over.

“Apologies, Lieutenant, I hope you haven’t been waiting too long. I’m Dr. Astor, what can I do for you today?” he offered a polite smile.
