The doors to Sickbay opened and Captain Cochrane walked through. Taking a look around, he smiled at a passing nurse and then saw an Ensign seated near the door, obviously waiting for something. As the Vulcan began to rise at the sight of a Captain entering the room, Cochrane waved him back. “No, no, Ensign. Stay seated. Please. No need for that right now. I hope you are not unwell?” he asked, obviously concerned. “I will be fine, Sir. Thank you. Merely a respiratory issue, I believe.” he replied in the standard Vulcan manner. “Well, let the Medical staff sort that out, will you? I mean, they spent all that time training and learning. We should probably let them put it to use.” he said with a grin.
