Eilah hadn’t expected the transfer away from the Starbase, but it was far from unwelcome. The Starbase was peaceful and calm, nestled along the old Romulan neutral zone, but with a lot of traffic as people came and went from the Starbase. This ship was way out there, which… He wouldn’t say worried him, but he did think about. The journey to get here had been long.

After three years planet side, the motion of a ship would take some getting used to again, he decided shortly after boarding via teleporter. He’d gone to check out his new quarters first. Roomy. He liked it. Now he headed up to meet the Captain.

Using a PaDD with a map of the ship, he quickly found his way to the Captain’s ready room and rang the chime.
