Shedda had not had the opportunity to meet with the new diplomatic attache yet, and now was the perfect time. Everything on the bridge was calm and Shedda got up from her chair leaving Cmdr Camea, the tac officer, in charge.

Shedda made her way down to deck 4 where the VIP/diplomatic and department head quarters were. Approaching the attache’s office, Shedda slowed to step out of the way of a couple of security officers doing their rounds. She spoke to them briefly and then stepped up to the door and pressed the chime.
