Iliana quickened her pace a bit as she realised she was running a little later than she’d like.

She bundled through the door to sickbay, a little out of breath before grabbing the nearest medical looking person. “Sorry, I’m a little late, Lt Kara reporting for boarding physical?” she asked hopefully, mentally chastising her for running late on her first appointment on board her new ship.

The nurse looked up and said “Oh, thats ok. Dr. Frens is always running behind a bit.” to which a voice from somewhere behind said “I heard that, Ensign.” The nurse grinned and said “Of course he did.” and chuckled. A few moments later a Caitan in the blue uniform of the Medical Section walked up to the desk from the back of sickbay. “Lieutenant… Kara, is it?” he said, checking a PaDD. “Please, come this way.” He looked at the Ensign and gave a low growl, to which the Ensign made a silly face at. The Caitan doctor laughed and said “Oh, I’ll get you…” and the Ensign shrugged and said “First time for everything, Doctor.” and they turned back to their desk.

“Please follow me.” Frens said and he led the new Chief Engineer to a vacant biobed. “Have a seat up here, if you would please. And now.... any changes in your overall health since your last physical? Illness, injury, or otherwise?”
