Lt. Valharra unpacked his box of belongings in his quarters. He has been in these quarters when he first started in Starfleet, then after a few reassignments and a promotion, he’s back on the Manhattan as the acting Chief of Science. He finalized putting the last item from the box on a shelf and left for the check in at the medical bay. He walked through the ship greeting others as he walked through the corridors. He arrived at the medical bay and waited for a medical personnel to assist him.
Lt Valharra, ACSO

OOC: Bumping for medical

“How can I help you, honey,” Ms. Washington’s smooth and slightly sultry voice purred out from behind the nurses’ station. She was in a particularly good mood but why was not readily apparent.

Washington, medical nurse

“I’m Lt. Valharra, The new acting Chief Science Officer here for my check in.” He responded. He noticed she was in a good mood, but stayed focused on what needed done for the check in.
Lt Valharra, ACSO

“Well, let’s get you checked in. Bed three please,” she said gesturing to the open bed as she grabbed a PaDD. “Jasmine,” she yelled out as if they were in the lounge and not the sick bay.

“Do you really have to yell,” the CMO let out a small laugh taking the PaDD. “I was right next to you.”

“You need a cow bell,” Washington rolled her eyes. “New CSO is in bed three for a check in.”

Moving across the space, Jasmine stuck out her hand as she arrived at the medical bed the CSO was sent to. “Hello, I am Dr. Wynters. How was your trip over to our side of the galaxy,” she asked.

“It went well, it was peaceful.” He responded, shaking her hand in return. “I find it very fascinating to start working on the ship and experiencing all the scientific missions we are about to embark upon.” The Vulcan Lt. stated after the handshake.
Lt. Valharra, ACSO

“Beginnings are always exciting. I am glad your trip was uneventful. Travel can be stressful. Did you get a chance for any downtime before you transferred here,” she gestured to a bio bed as she continued the light chit chat getting to know the new officer.
