Kaia traipsed into Engineering, back in her regular uniform. It felt crisp and clean, but a little stiff. Well, it was a new uniform, since she hadn’t brought her old ones with her on her leave of absence. She glanced around, looking for her Department Head. She was fairly certain it was still the same man as before but it wasn’t guaranteed.
