“No one is… part of the deal.” he said with a smile and he pulled her close, lowered his lips to hers, and kissed her. It was intimate… desirous… and wholly encompassing. His arms pulled her to him firmly, pressing her against him and he moaned softly. Slowly, he ran his hands down her sides to her hips, then around and under… and lifted her up off the ground so they were on equal height. He broke the kiss just long enough to whisper “I love you, Faye Calloway…” and then he kissed her again.

There was something delightful about the way he could just pick up like a doll, like she was no more than a feather. Faye certainly didn’t mind not having to crane her neck upwards. Afterall, she might be fairly tall for a Human woman but he still was a good 30 centimetres taller than her! Arms wrapped securely around him, she kissed him back and it did truly feel like they were the only two people in the galaxy right now. Just them, the stars, the waterfall and the trees.
Her mouth moved off, kissing along his jaw line. “Pretty place, but I think it’s time fore desert,” she said urgently,

Daggum took a short, sharp breath as her lips moved along his skin. “Well… if you insist.” and he slowly lowered her down, keeping her pressed against him so their bodies slid across each other. He looked down and kissed her, and then took her hand and said “Now all we have to do is find that platform.” and he chuckled and started walking with her hand in his.

“Good thing I’ve got the great memory,” Faye said, flashing him a smile as she moved along, still moving along without her boots and not fussed by it. Whether she’d put the boots back on when they exited this arboretum, well, that was a different matter. Even a Federation starbase could be pretty dirty from all the day-to-day foot traffic. “Did you know I can’t get lost? Or at least it’s very unlikely. Only if Something happened to my head while I was moving about a place. I can map my way out of anyplace I’ve been,” she said with a grin.

“I most certainly did not know that, but that means you get to drive us anywhere we go.” Daggum said and smiled broadly. “And I’ll make you a deal. You get us back to the lift…” and he grabbed her hand and pulled her back to him and kissed her deeply, “… then I promise to do whatever you want when we get back to our rooms. And yes… I know how dangerous that deal is for me.” and he laughed and then kissed her again.

“Somehow I think you could handle it,” she said with a wicked gleam in her eyes as she kissed him back again, pressing her body up agains this.

Pulling back, she shook her head. “Nope. We need to go now. I might be a lot of things but an exibitionist isn’t one of them.”

With perfect precision, Faye led them back through the arboretum (with a pause to put on her boots), through the station and to the hotel without feeling rushed and without getting lost. But as they came to stand in front of the lift, she couldn’t help pulling him in for another cheeky kiss, having the one idle thought that their dessert clearly wasn’t frozen.

Daggum kissed her and smiled at the same time, and then the doors opened to the lift and an older Bajoran couple almost bumped into them as they tried to get off. Dagumm pulled away from Faye briefly and said “‘Scuse us, folks. First date and all.” and he stepped aside so they could exit and then he almost pulled Faye into the lift after him. The woman looked at him and Faye and then to her companion. “Why don’t you kiss me like that?” she asked pointedly. He looked at Daggum and Faye and then shrugged. “Maybe if you dressed like that I would.” and the doors slid closed.

As the lift began to move, Daggum pushed Faye gently against the wall and then kissed her, her cheek, her neck, and as far down her shoulder as he could and stay on skin. He then moved up and lightly bit her earlobe and then pulled away slightly and said “I’ll always kiss you like that, you know…”
