Revna had left Mike to do something having to do with laying tracks and engineering. In other words, his music, and that made her incredibly happy. He had a gift and though there was a strong part of him that would identify with the image and ideals of a punk rocker the man could sing or create anything. She was taking a few hours out of the week S’Tek had given her and getting acquainted with the ship and crew. She spent several minutes with the duty officer at the dock getting herself checked in and approved to board the ship. She wasn’t moving any of her things, yet. She’d stay with Mike as long as she could get away with. She stopped first at her quarters and looked around. She wandered the space, hand trailing across desk, chairs, table and sighed. It wasn’t home, home was with Mike, but it would be home away from home. It was slightly bigger than her quarters on Atlantis. =^=Computer where is Captain Cochrane?=^= She waited for the answer and then headed in that direction.
Revna, Diplomatic Attaché=/\= Captain Cochrane is in the Ready Room. Security clearance required for bridge access. =/\= the computer responded.
Computer
Revna blinked once, and then sighed. Right not Star Fleet anymore. She reached for her combadge and paused. The computer had her registered as McKenzie now, but Cochrane may or may not know that depending on whether the report had made it to his desk or not. She’d sent the updated file after they had met with the magistrate. Gods this should not be that complicated. =^=Edman-McKenzie to Cochrane. I was hoping to make an appointment with you now that the ship is docked.=^=
Revna, diplomatic AttachéCochrane listened to the call and grinned. “Not even on board and already throwing wrenches into files… and her own, no less!” and he chuckled. He thought about making her sweat, but then just shook his head.
=/\= Mrs. McKenzie… your updated record has been sent by the Ambassador’s office. Congratulations to you and the groom. And of course. I’ll clear you to come to the bridge. See you in five. =/\=

=^=Thank you, Captain.=^= Four minute later Revna stepped onto the bridge and paused while the security officer double checked she was actually supposed to be there. It was very strange to be standing there and have no idea who the officers were. But a practiced eye told her the quality of the crew. Then at the officer’s direction, she made her way over to the ready room and pressed the chime.

The door sliding open was prompted by a voice saying “Enter.” The office beyond was a testament to the occupant. Two bookcases on one wall stood with book shelves behind their glass doors. Pictures had been mounted around the room, and various odds and ends graced places here and there. Displayed prominently, however, on a shelf by itself high up on the wall directly behind the desk that sat opposite the door, was a lone figure of a gold Ox. Lighting had been directed so that it drew the eye of anyone who came through the door almost immediately. Two chairs faced the desk, and a couch sat against the right wall as a person came in.
Cochrane looked up and then stood up with an easy smile. “Mrs. McKenzie, good to see you. Please have a seat. And… congratulations, by the way. The Ambassador was adamant we updated your file as soon as possible. Would you care for a drink?” he asked as he went to the replicator. Cochrane’s voice had a slight British accent now that he was speaking directly to her.
