Micah made a tsk tsk tsk sound and said “No no no no… allow me.” and finished pulling out the chair for her. As she moved to sit, his hand went to her right cheek and he squeezed it playfully before she sat on it and he slid her close to the table. “Like I said… high-class seduction.” and he moved to the other side and sat down. “So… a toast? Yours to make, beautiful lady.”

She couldn’t help but chuckle at the copped feel as she sat. “All this effort, I suppose I should be impressed or something.” Shara sighed, even as she teased. “Very well. Let’s see. May we kiss who we please, and please who we kiss.” She leaned forward, get gaze rather intently focused on him. “How’s that?”

“As long as the who is me, I’m down.” and he touched his glass to hers as he leaned forward. “So… I’ma gonna kiss you now and make sure that toast is accurate. Just thought I’d be gentlemanly and warn ya in advance… high class seduction and all.” and moved his lips to hers and kissed her deeply, his hand going to the back of her head to keep her against him.

For a moment Shara let herself be lost in that kiss. It wasn’t that she had held back before, no if she gave at all, it was fully. One hand held the base of the wineglass on the table so they didn’t tip it over accidentally, and it was for the best that they hadn’t served dinner yet. If there was a noticeable difference in the kiss it was that Shara, for a moment seemed to not be measuring it and reacting. For a brief moment, despite how easily the tenderness could turn to lust, it all just…was.

She pulled back and gave him a cheeky grin. “Good wine,” she said nonchalantly.
