This day was one of those that was going to feel like it would never end, but Faye would be settle for a long shower (water instead of sonic), a good meal and a solid night of sleep. But she had a couple more meetings and some tasks before she could even think of disengaging from the day. One of those meetings was with one person with whom she’d likely interact with a great deal and within whose department she would be spending a large amount of time.

Setting up the meeting hadn’t been difficult, though she knew the CSO was just as new as she was. But it felt better to have something set rather than to just show up and hope they weren’t busy. While she didn’t directly report to the CSO, she would need to blend in with the department as much as possible, when necessary of course.

Pressing yet another chime, Faye steeled herself for yet another meeting.

Instead of hearing to standard Enter emanating from behind the door, Faye could hear the barely audible sound of foot steps coming from behind her. “Lt Calloway I presume. Your five minutes early.” Xeal liked that she was more than punctual it men’t that she was eager. “Please come in.” The door swished open when he approached. Inside Calloway wold find some old Andorian books sitting on a table, as well as a crudely made decritive bird sitting on the desk. “Sorry my office isn’t quite finished with the decorating, I have only recently arrived myself.”

Xeal took a seat at the small coffee sized table with two comfy chairs. He then motioned for Calloway to take the other seat across from him. “Wold you like something to drink?” Xeal stood and went to the replicator. “One Andorian frost tea.”
