Cochrane looked at the Science station and said “You heard the lady. Lets start looking for debris.” and he keyed the comms. =/\= Calloway. Does the radiation match the signature of Romulan vessels? Or any vessels we know of? =/\=

Scans would show an area in the midst of the ‘problem’ area for crops. A dot on the topography showed where the fragment was dug up. In the area, and farther along in that dead zone there was a greater concentration and match, though there was no specific identifier. There was a general metallic signature again that was more concentrated at depth, but it was not a solid signature but fragments.

“Try and get a transporter lock on any of those pieces you can and bring them to the cargo bay. Send decontamination teams there to clean them up, and let’s see if we can identify who this was. If we can’t beam them up, map out every piece you can. We’ll send a team down to the planet tomorrow to clear it up if the Graviens allow it.”

=/\=It correlates to a high percentage, and though we can’t be one hundred precent sure, I’m confident enough in the readings to lean that way. It could also be Hirogen, but the percentages are much lower. But what is also very important for you to know is that the metal we found is thirteen thousand years old. The metal is not the source of the radiation though. We’re still not sure what is,=/\= Faye relayed.
