After managing to get the damaged geologic sampling and analysis equipment to Engineering, albeit with some assistance, Commander Idari looked around. He needed somebody to help him fix the equipment in a timely fashion; he was sure the CO would want an update on what he was doing ASAP.

Someone grabbed Ensign Smythe and presented the young ensign in front of the Commander.

“Oi, Jenkins, what the bloody hell d’you think you’re doing?” Jon shouted after the retreating NE. “I was busy!”

Lieutenant Cewa blinked at Ensign Smythe from behind Idari’s shoulder, caught off-guard by the abrasiveness. The he looked around with his good eye to remind himself he was in engineering, and became less surprised by the demeanor. He hefted the bundle of equipment in his arms and looked around for a place to put them, starting to tire from the process of transversing the ship.
