Keegan; a tall lanky fellow with wavy light brown hair. Had just stepped off the transporter pad. He walked with a slight limp to the nearest turbolift. In a robust deep irish tone he replied with one word to the Computer “Sickbay.” It whooshed and hummed for thirty seconds until it came to an abrupt halt. It caused him to be off balance and leaned heavily on the wall. The doors whooshed open and Keegan stepped and made a beeline at a brisk pace to the entrance of Sickbay. The doors opened as soon as he approached. “Are any Nurses lurking about? I’m here for me physical.” He said in his deep Irish accent

Murphy 2nd Officer

A slender brunette appeared by his side within a few moments of his question. “I’m Doctor McGill, I can assist you with your physical,” she commented, and then added, having studied Murphy’s rank insignia, “… sir.” She indicated a biobed only a few steps away from them. “If you make yourself comfortable there, I’ll get a tricorder. Is there anything I should be aware of in your record or any concerns that you have?”

Dr. McGill

The records would state there’s a slight deformity on his left leg due to a birth defect. Other than that, no other illnesses or deformities were present. A full blood test from the Academy came back negative for any other hidden diseases. Keegan sat upright “no ma’am” he replied.

Murphy, 2nd Officer

Adeline laughed softly at the ma’am that Murphy had inserted and then blushed as she considered that was likely not the correct reaction, especially with the new second officer of the Asimov. It was just so amusing and unexpected to have a senior officer refer to her that way. “It looks like you’re in good health, then. Does the deformity on your leg cause you any pain or other issues?” she queried.

Dr. McGill

“No more than the usual.” Keegan replied.

Adeline offered him a confirmatory nod as she jotted a note down about that in his record. “Well, it looks like you’re ready to go, sir,” she commented as she set the PaDD down. “Welcome to the Asimov.”
