Sickbay was next on her check in. The topical medication she had been prescribed for her skin irritation was doing a good job at keeping down the usual flare ups.

She sat quietly and politely waiting for someone to assist with her onboarding physical.

Bump

“Ah, it’s nice to meet you Lieutenant.” Yolan said as he moved from his office into Sickbay. “What has brought you in today.” Yolan continued with his large smile.

Yolan, CMO

T’Mor straighten up, expression neutral except in her eyes. Which always looked somewhat startled when someone began speaking to her.

“Standard boarding evaluation, doctor. Apologies that I did not come in sooner.”

“Ah, the standard onboarding physical.” Yolan said to the Lieutenant as he noticed another come into sickbay.

Adrian wandered into Sickbay and noted the new officer.

“Greetings, I am Dr. Sorel. Welcome to the Asimov.” He said to T’Mor. After greeting her he looked to the CMO.

“I was wondering if you had anything that you wished me to do, Dr. Nolan?”

“It is pronounced Yolan with a Y, Doctor, but everyone gets it wrong the first time.” Yolan said as he tried to imitate the joking that humans sometimes do. “But yes,” Yolan continued, ” This young Lieutenant requires an onboarding physical, could you please take care of it.”

“My apologies, Dr. Yolan. Of course, it would be my pleasure to.” It was a bit odd to hear a Vulcan use a human phrase but having been raised mostly among humans it wasn’t too surprising. He was half human as well so did not mind using human phrases.
Turning back to T’Mor he said, “Lieutenant if you will follow me, I can see to your physical.” He lead the scientist over toward a biobed which he indicated with a wave of a hand as he moved over to the counter to pick up a datapad.

“Thank you Dr. Sorel.” Yolan said, “Why don’t we have a little chat later now that I am on the ship.” Yolan hoped the Doctor didn’t take that the wrong way as he was still learning the customs of proper human communication.

Adrian nodded, “I am at your disposal, Doctor.” He said before leading T’Mor over to the biobed area.

T’Mor glanced between the two, before following Dr. Sorel a laying down on the biobed.

Her vitals were within expected parameters. She had nothing new to report. No new flare ups. Everything was going unusually well.

Adrian checked the readings and made some notes before asking, “Do you have any medical history I should be aware of, Lt?” He checked her history for any significant medical events.
