There were a few things that folks could quickly learn about Emery Mackenzie McCoy, she liked pranks, she was cheeky and she loved to cook. Specially pastries. It took a bit of haggling and offer to share some recipes with the Chef of the Lounge, but it was worth it to make use of a true kitchen; instead of trying get the proper results from an oven in the holo-deck which to be fair was hit or miss sometimes.

She looked at the spread of pastries on the Lounge bar top, croissants from basic butter, to blueberry filled, strawberry filled, vanilla bean cream filled, to souffles in strawberry chocolate and lemon truffle. Muffins strawberry, lemon truffle, vanilla bean cream and chocolate truffle. Kouign Amann pastries in classic flavor that was near to salted caramel, to layered with Andorian Chocolate, to filled with peaches, or pears and a favorite of hers Granny Smith apples. The last one of the offerings was a triple chocolate rum cake with a wide range of fruit to add to the slices of cake as the taker’s choice.

Emery had not pranked anyone of the Asimov crew as of yet and these offerings were completely safe. Her goodbye to her previous assignment had been a gloriously 13 tiered red velvet cake. The fifth layer however had been carefully filled with air sprinkles of every known color and whipped vanilla bean cream. She was actually looking forward to the messages or responses to her goodbye gift. Though she highly doubted any of them, would be able to sneak any pranked things, past the scanners before she received anything.

Emery made a large mug of hot chocolate and added peppermint pieces to it and took a sip as she waited to see whom might take a chance on the offered food.
