Laila thought about what Lady M said Where do you want to go. She realized she could not say she needed to get out of this Holosuite simulation and back to her quarters on the Asimov.
“Umm....I actually need to find a colleague of mine. Her name is Shara. She is the reason I am here.” Laila thought about Shara’s description then said, “She is a human female, relatively tall, brown hair, blue eyes, strong fit. She might look kinda mean, sometimes. You seen anyone like that? I am sure she is here.....somewhere. I need to find her. She can help me get to where I need to go.”
Laila took a quick look around. She realized she didn’t know where she was, what location and time the Holosuite program had been set to.
“Can you tell me exactly where this is? Planet? Time? Year?”

Lady M adopted something of a concerned look on her face. “Did you hit your head when you went down? Poor thing. You’re in my establishment here on Elidra. It’s standard year 2398. And it’s autumn time, my favourite,” she said, leaning closer. “It’s dark out now, so my guess is that it’s night time,” she said, breaking into a wide grin, her eyes lighting up.

Relieved, a smile suddenly spread.across her lips. Well at least we are in the current time period. Things should get much worse.

Folding her arms on the bar top, the Bajoran considered the other question. “I haven’t seen anyone that looks like that tonight, but people who can look mean we got aplenty. This ain’t a day spa, my dear.”

“Yeah, you are right.” Laila agreed she offered her glass with somewhat pleading eyes for another shot of whiskey. “So is there anywhere I can stay until morning? I intend to go search for her then.” She paused not sure if she should ask but she did because the thought of her wandering around alone looking for Shara was…well terrifying for her, “I could really use some help. Um..I am not familiar with the area…and I don’t want to run into any hostile beings like the one Ree took down.”

“Hunny, Elidra isn’t a place for fragile princesses, but sure, come with me,” Lady M said. She tapped her hand on the bar three times and a few seconds later, someone else showed up to take her place. Lady M all but sauntered around the bar in her form fitting jumpsuit and gestured with a finger for Laila to come with her.

Weaving through the bar, the patrons all seemed to cut open a path for the Bajoran without her even saying anything.

Around the corner there was a set of stairs that went up to the next level and Lady M strode right by it, her heeled boots sounding on the wooden floors. Through a door, they were in the back area, which had storage space, but also a door. Lady M pressed a button keyed to her fingerprint to unlock the door and she was able to push it open. “Stay close,” she said, dropping her voice.

Lady M led them out into a back alley and simply walked up it like she owned the place, entirely unafraid. “Your friend. You said you were supposed to meet her here. How do you know she’s even still alive?”
