Paddy was tired; the Asimov’s last mission mascarading as a group of merciless pirates had certainly taken its toll on the entirety of the crew. Relationships between officers had been strained, not least the relationship between McMillan and Commander Shara Calloway. McMillan knew that it would take a long time for some of the crew, himself included. Some of those meetings were going to make for interesting reports to Captain Kiernan; at least the information each crew member would allow him to divulge. On the other hand however, Paddy couldn’t help but notice that he and Lieutenant Eualia Dacoscas were getting along quite well, so he was looking forward to being able to get to know her a little better in a more formal setting.

Arriving outside Eualia’s quarters, Paddy found himself subconciously checking his looks in the reflection of a wall panel. Clicking the door chime, Paddy rested his arm against the frame of the door, a charming grin on his face.
