Tamara’s first stop after dropping her travel bag off at her quarters was to sickbay to get the preliminary checkup out of the way. Every time she’d join a new ship the most frustrating thing was having to deal with the ship’s doctor. Mainly because Tamara didn’t care for doctors and their constant scanning and hyposprays. Hence she got all that out of the way almost immediately. She wasn’t one to put unpleasant things off for as long as possible. She got it taken care off as soon as possible.

So she fidgeted on the examination bed, eager to get this done so she could head to engineering and introduce herself to her new department head and new coworkers. Letting out a sigh as she waited. “Can we hurry up and get this done? I have things to do.”

OOC: GM, can you assist our new member with some in sim onboarding?

Tom, we are currently in an ‘alternate setting’ of some kind and a few of us newer members were brought aboard in such a way that it brings you into the sim immediately. Work the GM and hop in on any Engineering threads you want.
