USS Ark Angel
Main Sim - Ark Angel Bridge

Following the Executive Officer, Timothy returned to the bridge and started to scan the Jaberwock in cargo bay 1 with the main computer.
Frogue Chief of Science
Scans of the beast were much as the tricorder scans of before showed. It had the capacity to live in both space and atmospheric environments. The internal structure of the creature was robust showing double nervous systems, a quickly developing brain and the associated functions there in. A double set digestive tract, one for as the internal sensor video logs showed was plant based. While the other seemed to indicate it fed on local spacial particulates. Whether the creature traveled above simple low-g levels was unclear. Further how it might move outside a system to some place else or what instincts guided it was an equal mystery and probably beyond the ship’s scope and time for that matter to determine.
“I can’t see any reason not to, captain. If it’s just following instincts, who are we to stop it?” Simon asked, “otherwise it might do something we don’t want it to do,” he added cautiously.
Lieutenant Commander Simon Starr, XO
”..I concur Commander..” Drudoc said looking at the internal sensor video feed of the creature pawing at the door then looking to Eve and Kala. Switching back to the public comm channel she said =/\= Andone to everyone in Cargo Bay 1, clear the bay and put up a forcefield behind the creature then let’s open the bay door to space to see what it does. =/\= She ordered
Turning to Trainor and the Helm NE. “..If the creature leaves take us to full impulse then and raise shields hopefully it’s instincts lead it to journey off on its own. But if not then want it to realize the ship isn’t its home. Harsh but.....” Drudoc shook her head then but trailed off saying no more to let her orders get carried out.

“We’re green across the board, Captain,” Tenzing replied. “Once that creature leaves the cargo bay, I’ll get the shields up.” The Ops Officer added, hoping the dragon didn’t become drawn to the shields.
Trainor
As the android Lieutenant Eve was heard to seemingly ignore the Captain’s orders about evacing the bay, Drudoc’s voice went over the open comm, this time sounding firmer and orderly in tone then before. =/\= Lieutenant Eve. My orders are clear, there will be no having ‘Jaberwock’ touring the ship. First off it is too big for the corridors almost, and certainly too large for turbolift movement. The creature based on its behavior seems to be trying to ‘fly the nest’ in wanting out of the cargo bay into space. Put a forcefield up, then evac the bay and open the exterior hatch door so we can conclude things one way or another..=/\= She ordered to the android and the others yet again.
Pausing the comm on their end, Drudoc turned to Trainor. “..Commander if by some chance Lieutenant Eve or Kala does not follow our orders, lock onto ‘Jaberwock’ on my order and simply beam it into space then raise the shields as planned to ‘cut the teat’..” She said. Drudoc would prefer letting the creature naturally leave of its own accord, but the borderline insubordination of Eve and possibly Kala’s attitudes could hint that the creature had some kind of pyschic connection to them they weren’t aware influencing their reaction. Kala, Drudoc could understand, might be effected by such. But there was no reason that Eve should unless there was some kind of malfunction to the primitive android. Drudoc made a note either way to speak privately to both once this issue with the ‘dragon’ was over.

Simon listened as the orders were given. It seemed the time down below was completely over. He tapped his comm badge. =Lieutenant Commander Starr to Lieutenant Freeman and Sickbay. Send a doctor to meet Lieutenant Freeman at cargo bay 1. Lieutenant, your services may well be needed for our crew momentarily=/\=
Lieutenant Commander Simon Starr, XO
Drudoc watched for a moment the continued conversations going on. Normally she would agree that further study was needed. But the continued pawing of the creature to the doors and its vocal words of ‘Out! Out!’ seemed to her to determine her next course of action. Turning to Trainor she said. “..Beam the ‘dragon’ into space, then raise shields, Commander..” She ordered. Turning to her XO, “..Exec, assuming things go as smoothly as I hope with this ‘dragon’ in a moment arrange a meeting with Liuetenants Eve and Kala in my ready room in a half hour for discussion of their actions and reasons for them..” She said.
Once Trainor initiated transport the dragon reformed into space off their forward bow. It flopped about a moment then seemed to settle after the confusion of transport into its ‘home’. Its tail thrashed happy in turn and it began to move about by propelling itself from small nearby rocks to others in a larger circular pattern. The creature began to move off from the Ark Angel with barely a glance back and soon was moving at a fair clip of .10c sublight and gaining speed out of the system.
Giving a faint breath to relax, Drudoc smiled a bit. “..Well seems we were correct. Commander Trainor launch a long range survey probe to trail the ‘dragon’ and relay its observations for as long as it can to Starbase 243. I am sure a follow up survey by a science ship for this creature is in order. Once the ‘dragon is out of sensor range you can also drop our shields..” She said. Turning again to Starr she nodded for him to get the meeting scheduled.
Sitting in her chair and seeing no further need to remain on station since the alien’s had the repair of their station now well in hand. Drudoc looked to the helm NE. “..Signal our departure with their dock control, then take us out of the system opposite the direction of the ‘dragon’ and return us to Starbase 243, warp 3..” She said.
”..Aye ma’am!” The NE at helm replied. The Ark Angel soon came about and leapt to warp returning on its way to its home base.
