Kala sipped her Gin and thought carefully for a moment, “It was a lot different to how I pictured it, I had this image of grandeur but it was all made relatively small by the way I had to leave Trill and by the Daystrum institute, whiiich is a conversation for another time.” She added finishing her hot dog and followed it down with another larger sip of Cherry gin. “That said I did learn to enjoy it even if it didn’t have anything on the Daystrum Institute and I’m glad I did it because I wouldn’t be here speaking to you. What did you think of the Academy sir?”

It was about this point the holodeck doors slid open and two more figures entered. The first was the half-romulan/human now 8 year old daughter of the Captain’s, Tel’eck Andone. She was dressed in a florescent white-pink jump suit that stood out starkly to the colors around them. Drudoc herself meanwhile also entered in a more casual off duty jump suit of grey tones. “..Wow Mom there’s so many people here! Looks like I’m the only big kid here though. That ok?” the girl said.

Drudoc looked about, “..I’m sure its quite alright, just don’t cause any trouble. Go get us a table and drinks. I’ll be along shortly.” She said. The girl happily dashed off to the food and drink table. While Drudoc moved over to where Guy, Eve, and the others were gathered. “..I trust the invite to everyone includes myself and Tel’eck? If its an issue for her to be here just let me know..” She said letting it clear if it was a problem they should say so.

The hearing of the Captain’s voice, froze Guy’s blood for five seconds, and almost made falling the XO’s second burger “Oh crisp!” He said in exclamation as the burger flew over his head “C-Captain?” He looked confused at the romulan woman and the kid…
What the hell was happening there?

”..Yes Lieutenant?” She inquired, her own question unanswered about it being ok for Tel’eck being here.

And after a few more minutes another Romulan entered the holodeck wearing black trousers and his Romulan Academy polo shirt. He went inside and headed straight for the bar.

Ensign Vronclon Security

Vronclon meanwhile hadnt been at the bar long before he had a shadow flitting from spot to spot in a vein attempt at being sneaky. Finally seeming to summon her courage she approached. “..Hey Mr Vronclon. How um…how are you doing?” The 8 year old Tel’eck inquired.

Simon acknowledged the new figures arriving, seeing the captain bring her daughter along. Tal’eck was growing up quickly, and he swore every time he got a chance to see her on the ship, she was another few inches taller. He only had limited intereaction with the non-crew members, but being the captain’s daughter - it was probably one of the younger people on the ship that he actually saw more often than not. As Tel’eck went over to grab the captain and herself a table, he personally didn’t see a problem with the captain and her daughter being here, but this was Guy’s event and so left that decision up to him. “Good to see you captain,” he said, still trying to find a moment to catch Guy alone to ask to set up an appointment.

Guy moved towards the Captain, sighting with the outer sight field Kala and Trax at the door “Captain… hey there!” He awkwardly moved towards her with a cloth in hand “Uh....”

‘What do I say?’ Guy started panicking in front of his CO “W-Welcome… can I perhaps know what do you want…? For food Of course, I’ll be taking your order, ahaha…” The Lieutenant felt a sort of cold feeling everywhere and the numbness of his arms. The fact he was literally apart 50cm from her, made the Counselor felt uneasy, not for the fact that she was someone to hate (indeed she was clearly an awesome woman), but because she was… Romulan. And he had pretty much a bad taste of their society.

”..What is there to eat?” She asked, glancing about to locate Tel’eck among the party goers.

“Ah nothing special… Just some human-ish foods and something that the crew took from their locals. It is good though I must admit!” He nervously grinned “Uhm.. but if you want you can have some classic BBQ hamburgers… or some grilled filet, whatever yeah. Just tell me what I could take you and I will serve drink and food.”

OOC: For the XO, as I finish questioning the Captain I’ll get some wine so take that chance to bother the Counselor.

As the Captain entered, Eve immediately registered, and with increased interest, the presence of Andone’s own daughter. The android had only limited experience of interacting with children, but had always found them easier to understand and to connect with than adults and lacking the inherent prejudices and preconceptions that the ‘grown ups’ tended to form, however subconsciously it might occur.

Moving over to the young girl, Eve adopted a welcoming and enthusiastic tone as she declared, “Welcome to the party, Tel’eck. Are you…having fun?”

”..Oh um…hey. Yeah I just got here Ms Um....Eve isnt it?” She asked.

As Guy got startled by the captain, he couldn’t help but give a small smile. He had served under Drudoc for over a year now, back when he was fresh out of the Academy. Back then, he didn’t know what his brother was up to. And he was worried by the reports. That much he could deal with. The part he was struggling with, was telling his parents the news, or even if he should.

As Guy got a free moment to grab a glass of wine, Simon quickly went up. “I hate to bring business up at such an event, but I was wondering if I could get an appointment,” he said simply, leaving the details for the meeting.

“Commander,” he turned around to look him directly “Gosh I got a bump. An appointment? When?” He asked a bit bugged and frenzy. Apparently his need of wine was necessary to keep friendly the Counselor ego.

Drudoc Andone CO / Tel’eck Andone Troublesome Daughter

“Not right now, of course,” Simon responded. “When your available, it’s not too… urgent,” he said, his voice betraying the truth. It seemed he like he was putting something off, so the longer he had to wait for the appointment, the more at ease he would be.
