With a soft murmur the Ark Angel slid from warp and came into orbit around the alien arrow head like space station. Drudoc rose from her seat glancing to Trainor. “..Hail the station Commander Trainor..” She said.

“Hailing the station now, Captain,” Tenzing replied. The Operations Officer sent out the communication request to the station and watched as the request delivered notification appeared. All they had to do was wait for the station to return their hail.

Simon observed everything going on, being aware. It was time to get a bit of information. All the knew so far was they had a distress signal, and it was very near Romulan space. “I recommend we keep our scanners peeled, captain. Being this close to the border gives me bad vibes,” he said.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your hail but we got our hands a bit full over here with the power loss. Its grown worse in the past hour to include the beginnings of possible computer failure or loss of control. Thankfully I ordered the evacuation of non-essential personnel to the planet before things got worse. But we could really use a hand to determine what is going on here..=/\= Regal said. His appearance was a light blue skinned humanoid with a rough ridged brow. As they were watching panels were flickering in the background showing loss of power or control at times.

Turning to Simon she said. “..Assemble all teams for the station in transporter room one for the station. Have Counselor Guy and his counselors and Lt Suder and his team assemble in transporter room two for the planet relief. I’ll have remaining engineering staff then begin checks of our systems just in case this is some kind of virus. We dont need a comm call to infect the ship..” She said.

The half Andorian sat at her station, blonde hair pulled back off her face, antennae twitching and following the conversation, even as her face remained on her screen.

Mazi was sitting at engineering and was getting ready to pass messages and technical back and forth to Engineering as they came in from the station. As the relays came in, she passed them on.

“We’ll need an accurate number of supplies they need, as well,” Trainor announced to the teams as he turned to the Captain. “I recommend a power transfer to the station since it’ll give our teams more time to get their power systems stabilized.”

OOC: Just fyi if it wasnt clear all engineering and science folks are on the station team. This includes JOs :)

Drudoc nodded to Trainor. “..Prepare a transfer once the teams are over. Also begin scans of the computer network to ensure we didnt catch any possible alien virus there..” She said.

“The last of the teams have been transported to their destinations and I’m beginning a power transfer now,” Tenzing responded. The Operations Chief live recorded his every move and transferred a stream to Cadet Truhart at Helm since every moment was a teaching moment. “Transfer has been established, and now performing the computer network scans.”

Lieutenant Commander Trainor held his breath as the scan continued hoping they didn’t find anything abnormal.
