”..Understood, we’ll go over that in the briefing..” Drudoc said with a nod heading into the briefing room then to await the rest of the senior staff to arrive.

Lt. Frogue followed the Captain into the briefing room and took his seat.

Miz’uki walked in looking her usual self for the first time in weeks she walked up to the replicator to get a drink “Computerrr…Warm Caitian Gracer Milk 57.8 degrees Celcioussss” she purred the milk had a stage green tint to it but smelled quite sweet she moved to the table and sat down ready for what was to come next

Arthur walked in, looking a bit frazzled, and headed for the replicator. “Drink selection Jones-1-theta.” He said, and moments later took a seat, placing the steaming mug down in front of him.

Trainor looked over at the steaming mug that Jones retrieved. “Taste good?” He asked, slightly curious to know what it was. While waiting for a response, the COO retrieved the PaDDs that contained the data he collected on the systems and began spreading them out on the table.

“It does.” Arthur said, “in the academy I came up with a rather close non-alcoholic version of Bloodwine that the replicator can make.”

Guy wasn’t a guy socially able to sustain a party, nor something involving people so imagine what was his face when he actually needed to fulfill his DH role among the senior staff. And so he was thriving to end the meeting as soon as possible: firstly, because he hated the company of gents. Second, because he had no idea of what was the meeting about and so he would have just probably nodded the whole time while the meeting was in progress.
And so he rang the bell, as good manners teaches, to enter in the room while he was already mourning something beneath his teeths.

“Lieutenant Freeman checking-in for the meeting. I must apologize for the immense lateness but I had some ‘work’ to finish before I had the chance to join, Captain.” He just stared at them like a fish in the aquarium.

Lt. Frogue smiled at everyone as they entered the room. He took one of the Padds on the table and started to examine it.

Drudoc finally turned from her inner thoughts by the window and came to take her seat at the head of the table. “..Alright everyone lets take our seats..” She said. “..To start things off Lt Commander Trainor why dont you brief everyone on your findings of the two systems we’ve tracked the Orions too?” She said.

“This isn’t going to be a walk in the park.” Tenzing stated as he stood up from the table. The Operations Chief turned on the holoprojector that showed the first system. “I had our resident Cadet construct the systems and structures from the data we collected, which is also on the PaDDs in front of you.” He explained.

“The first system hadn’t been explored or charted by Starfleet, but we already know of an M Class moon that orbits the fourth planet of which is a gas giant.” Lieutenant Commander Trainor said as the holoprojector zoomed in to show the mentioned moon and planets. “Our probe detected a few structures that comprised of an orbital outpost and a few ship docking facilities, which all orbit the planet’s moon.” These structures would appear as the Operations Officer continued his report.

“We were able to find 4 Syndicate ships of which 3 looks to be frigates and the last a fast cruiser,” Tenzing reported. “The data also shows that the orbital platform has a capable defense system that comprises of disruptors and photons.” Everyone would note that their PaDDs contained in-depth data on the classes of ships and the weaponry on the platform.

Trainor waited a few moments for those present to take in his report of the first system before moving onto the next. “The second system looks to be a lot more heavily defended,” Tenzing reported. “Situated around a planet there’s an orbital facility, that while doesn’t have any weapons, is heavily shielded and armored.” He said, looking up slightly just as the projector changed to show the facility. ” We’re also looking at 6 Syndicate frigates and 2 cruisers that appear to be still in the docking ring of the orbital facility”. As Trainor finished his report, the projector changed again to show both systems and their relative distance from them, along with their distance from the Bolay Military District and Federation Neutral Zone.

“This data still doesn’t show which system could be holding our officers, as the warp trails were too fragmented.”

Moving forward in his chair, Frogue responded, “Then the answer seems clear to me; lets take two teams …one to each planet…and see where our people are. That appears to be the quickest way to solve the where to go problem.”

With that Frogue sat back in his chair again.
