Heading down the lower L shape took him back the way he had come to the door to the transporter room where he had come aboard. The door there was present and obviously there would be consoles inside, the question was whether there was an operator in there too at the moment.

Simon quietly made his way near the door, looking down the way before slowly approaching. He slowly made his way up to the door, making sure his phaser was set to stun, in case his brother had changed it in some way, before getting ready to enter. Once he checked his phaser setting, he slowly made his way up to the door and peered in the room to see if there was anybody inside, ready to open fire if there was anyone armed.

Peeking into the transporter room he did indeed find someone present. The thin male Ferengi that had beamed him aboard earlier was still there muttering to himself about one day taking his pay and buying some large yacht to retire on as he worked on some kind of maintenance check on the Orion console. The Ferengi’s back was too Starr about 15ft or so away no one else seemed present.

Simon quietly entered the room and approached behind the Ferengi. Having been in security, he knew a quiet take down would probably be best, so he attempted to knock out the Ferengi with the butt of his gun.

Starr’s efforts succeeded even the large lobbed Ferengi didn’t hear Starr’s approach so engrossed in his own plans was he. As the phaser connected with the back of his head the Ferengi ‘epped’ then dropped like a sack of potatoes over the back of the console.
