The Cardassian paused from his work on the hypo, “..Why the test? I didn’t ask my employer. I just do as I’m tasked and I get paid. Simple as that. Now stop struggling and hold still..” He said moving to inject the hypo into Sueder’s neck to extract some blood. After that was done he took another extractor probe and took a sample of bone marrow which left a pinching feeling behind as it was removed.

Reaching out for a sympathetic mind Trax didn’t find anything nearby. With his task done the Cardassian moved back to his table to resume his testing work.

Trax was alone as talked one last time with the Cardassian. Trax tried to figure out why he would take his marrow and blood sample there is nothing he could recall for it to be used for cloning. most sources are used from the stomach wall lining to have a viable long-lasting source. “Such a pour scientist not knowing what he posts to be gathering. a lame blood sample and marrow??? Any fool can tell what they have here?? If I was human my eyes would be totally different??” Trax said with irritation to the Man. As he tried to make the man slip up or make a mistake that would set him back a while at least he hoped. After a bit of another set of irritating commented to the Cardassian man. Trax fell silent as he re-attempted or redoubled his efforts to push or force his mind further as he ever dared before to find someone. anyone that might be a help him. He rather die than to give his mother what she wanted. As he forced to go on beyond what was safe for him. (This might show in his vital signs not sure)

Turning back with a huff to Trax the Cardassian seemed a bit irritated at the questions and probably taunting. “..Poor am I? I’m not the one with a price on his head large enough to float a frigate by someone. You’re a medical doctor supposedly so why don’t you use your fancy Starfleet training and figure it out yourself why I would take a blood sample and bone marrow. Until you figure it out why don’t you just lay there and let me work in peace?” He said waggling a needle like syringe in Trax’s direction now. The vitals did beep showing what Trax was doing but it didn’t seem the Cardassian cared about this if he did see it. As for a result of Trax’s effort he didn’t find anyone within his sensing range that seemed willing to help him out.

As this all went on the feeling of the ship slowing from high warp was felt. Soon after a soft series of clangs sounded sounding like docking clamps.

He knew what the Cardassian was doing but he was keeping him on edge to see if he might mess up and lose the batches he had as he did something stupid as he continued to taunt him. He heard the docking clamps of the ship but who or what ship it was he was not certain. As he tried to scan more as he hated to try a mind attack or something offensive but it might hurt him more in the long run especially not being trained to do so yet. but it might cause the man to attack him. “you’re a fool if you think that they will separate that much just for you.” Trax said trying to fight the restraints and maybe loosen them. He tried to pick up on anything familiar that arrived.
