Vronclon heard a strange rumor that the captain was either a Romulan or a Vulcan. He, himself was confused for the captain a couple of times. Maybe his investigation abilities ate slipping because he didn’t even check to see the profiles for the command staff like he used to. Maybe he just c assumed it would be another human as usual. Maybe it is because he kind of stopped caring about things. Maybe it’s Maybelline.

He genuinely smiled at his little Earth joke and pressed ther chime.

The chime press went unanswered for a full minute before finally one of the NE’s on the bridge took pity on Vronclon as if partaking of an inside running joke to the ship. “..Afraid the Captain aint in her Ready Room right now sir..” The NE said looking at a console a moment, “..Seems she’s on deck 14 section 18 in the primary arboretum. Want me to comm her to see if she’s free to see you?” He asked.
