Moving to the next patient in the biobed line, Dominic would approach a woman in the old style 23rd century blue color, marking her likely as from the Browns Town medical or science departments. She had a deep gash down her right side of her forehead, and a medical gauze was covering her left eye which seeped a milky red liquid. It didnt take a leap of logic to figure the woman had lost her left eye in the crash of the Browns Town. The gauze would obviously need to be removed and the eye socket cleaned up to prevent infection, plus to check for further shards of any kind of what caused the eye’s loss.

”..Mostly got a ....headache doctor…” The woman wheezed, clearly numbed from the crash and limited meds that the Browns Town survivors had scavenged and probably in a bit of shock of what was going on.

Dominic nodded giving her a mild pain relief for the head and started to care for the gash and the missing eye” alright I’ve giving something for the headache and I’m going to clean out your eye socket to prevent infection from starting and I’d like to see if any shards are present in your eye socket. If so I’ll be removing them carefully. ” he explained as he tended to her ” your a medical officer too?” Dominic questioned politely to the woman.

Once the hypo was delivered the woman seemed to relax some. When Corvax removed the eye patch and gauze he found it was mostly cleaned well. Though scans did show some micro-shrapnel pieces near the front of the socket. Some tweezers would be easy enough to get them out.

At his question of her being a medical officer, the woman replied, “..Astrophysics actually in science. Got stuck under a collapsed support beam when we crashed. Guess I was lucky to only loose an eye rather then getting crushed like many others..” she said with a sigh.

Dominic grabbed some tweezers to prepare the removal of the shrapnel. ” I had a relative who enjoyed astrophysics. He’s been long gone for many years though. Now I am going to carefully remove the shrapnel from your eye socket. If you feel any discomfort or pain let me know OK?” He said politely “and yes you are quite lucky to have only an eye. ” Dominic said in agreement as he carefully started to remove the shrapnel. “Like I said if there’s any discomfort or pain please tell me.” He reminded her gently.

”..Of course Doctor..” The woman said.

Without much effort Corvax got the last of the fragments out and the socket cleaned up. For now another gauze and eye patch would suffice until the Captain could determine if they were stuck in this time period or not. If they were she could qualify for eye implants, but revealing such now would be a violation of the temporal prime directive so he would need to keep quiet on that.

Just then....

“Ensign?” Called Guy mr. Dominic “Doc! There’s this man needing of immediate cures. Plasma burns and multiple organ failures. I will inject 10cc of Cortolin, the rest to you.”
And said so he did. Then as he moved swiftly through the crowd and reached Dominic he said “Leave under my watch this lady, get that guy right there or he’ll die.”

Lieutenant Freeman, Guy - Chief Counselor Officer

The man in question had originally been beamed up with several broken internal bones but as Guy had explained the process of moving him had likely it seemed been the final straw on his strained body. The man had said plasma burns, which while bad werent yet life threatening. Where things were was in regards to his liver, which was internally bleeding and sending him into a form of shock.

Dominic took note of the damage and acted quickly “nurse! I need assistance! This man is going into shock if I’m correctly he’s bleeding internally! I need to get him prepared so I can stop the bleeding but I need some assistance with it!” Dominic said explaining the situation to a nearby nurse.
