USS Ark Angel
Boarding (facts before the sim start) - Transporter
The quiet before the thunderstorm. It wasn’t certain if that was a sign of despair and desolation, but when a new Counselor was on the way to board the Ark Angel, the transporter room was quiet and empty. Neither the computer processing or the deep space silence was there to interrupt the eternal and sidereal quiet of that room, if not the beam that transported back then a Lieutenant whose name was one of the thousand: Guy Freeman. A common name, for uncommon people - you see it is not complicated to see why he was who he Affirmed to be. Just few months before he was saved by certain death on his ship just for luck or whatever the other called faith.
And now, everything he had to take with him was a little hope to get a better life…
“Welcome aboard, Mr. Freeman, am I right-” the ensign with the yellow uniform was interrupted suddenly by Guy “No need to welcome me, Ensign. I am just here because they wanted to. If it was to me, I would had just stayed at home.”
“Y-yessir…” the ensign blazed at the attentive eyes of the Lieutenant.
Deep eyes, serious face. And also a pancake dish in both his hands “do me a favor, pick my luggages and take it to my quarters. I bet I will not be that useful as I am not even a fully ranked and acknowledges counselor! And please, don’t make question about what I am doing.” He referred about eating pancakes.
But whatever. Just the time would have signed Guy’s destiny. And whether he liked it or not, that so hated Chief Counselor Officer position would have been sooner or later, his new work for the rest of his period aboard the Ark Angel.
And like when cyclopes times to times change winds to move all round the planet, Guy moved from the transporter’s pad toward the corridor, and take destruction or perhaps a bit of hope within the folks that around him was immobilized by his cruel looking sight. And hell yeah if he was a Jerk!
