Simon stood next to the captain as Ranlei explained her reasoning as to why she felt the way she did, and like the captain it was obvious Simon would also not let the issue go. He could tell Drudoc, someone who herself comes from a race that once stood against the federation, had the same feelings. For Simon, he had been lucky to avoid discrimination, but having a rather closed family, that wasn’t difficult. He was brought up on a farm, away from all of the politics. Now he was right in the middle of it all.

“..Exec, have security clean things up here, then return to the bridge. I want a review of your report on all ship activity not just regarding the Ensign here but any other indications of harassment. It might seem I have been running too easy with discipline as of late with our deep space assignment, and will need to make a full review once further time presents itself. I want a write up on possible courses of ship wide disciplinary lessons to review with all departments by tomorrow 1100 hours.” The captain said to Simon.

“Aye Captain,” Simon replied to the order, looking around at the situation. He tapped his commbadge

He then made his way to the bridge, and knew of at least one incident already, and began to see if any others had gone unreported on other crewmembers. NE Judgemental and NE Hopeful were two infringements that he already knew about, and added them to the list of compulsory attendees to the next training session. He then looked to see if any other discrimination was happening among the crew.
