Nervously NE Dull nodded to Ruk, “..A…alright sir I’m re…ready I think!” He said.

Once the COS fired Dull dashed across, some shots came Ruk’s way pinging off his uniform leaving stinging marks as Dull almost got away without a mark to the shut down panel. Just as he hit the button the last of the shots fired his way hit as the projections got shut down. Holding his side where it had struck his liver he groaned muttering curses. “..Urgh that smarts!” He said though alive and bruised he had gotten the projections shut off. The question now was what had caused this?

“You’ll be fine.” Arthur said, walking over to the panel and inspecting it for any obvious changes. “Of all the things to happen, you got the exciting one.”

The panel had no obvious changes, just the simple ‘on’ ‘off’ and ‘program select’ options. The current program selected was ‘type-3 training cert 1a’. Perhaps a dig into said program’s coding might reveal more clues.
