Ranlei secured the portable computer tool kits and misc other equipment into their proper places. She transfered a copy of Shannocks ships logs into a compartmentalized particion in the ships computer as a backup. All the while she was wondering what exactly she should do now. She was feeling lost and useless. It was a common feeling for her. She sighed and was likely being over sensative again. But it couldn’t be helped. Fortunately Star Fleets insistance on negating her pheremones her mood was only going to effect her. Ranlei knew full well the Orion Pheremones did alot more than just make men horny and give women a headache. They transmitted and emotional state she was feeling to those around her. Horny was just the most common emotional state. She also knew that she could willingly push pheremone production and no medicine know to the Federation could negate them if she chose to so push. But she never used it. Whats the point of using such manipulations. Between that and her strict Lutheran church upbringing she had come to be at oods with her own essence in a very self destructive way. So once she had put everything away copied the data and cleaned herself up. She saw no point to heading to the bridge as the CE was the do it herself type and Ranlei would be redundant and wasting time by being there instead of doing something useful. So as she tended to do when possible she took a dozen jobs that required her to be in remote and hard to access areas of the ship and set off to dobsome repairs.
