Sipping the tea cup for a moment, Nunn would see it was some kind of plain white cup usually found on Vulcan or its colonies. “..Being alone is nothing unusual for me. I have spent a majority of my life in solitude on digs since my acceptance many years ago into the Vulcan Science Directorate. The digs for the ruins related to the Lawgiver though are some of my longest though in my service and long life..” He stated.

“Is working alone your preference?” Katie enquired. “It sounds like the nature of your work almost requires it.”

”..I do prefer the solitude, yes Counselor. In addition to my studies it gives me a lot more time to contemplate other personal and side interests..” He said.

Katie’s head tilted to the side, her business-like ponytail falling over her shoulder to emphasize the gesture. “Would you be willing to share with me what other interests those might be? I’m so interested to learn more about how you’ve spent your time here.” She could feel the questioning taking a bit more thought than it used to, but she hadn’t been in a diplomatic situation for a while. The routine of psychological evaluations on the ship meant that her questions could be more pointed and direct, as her patients were fairly well-obligated to answer them. This discussion, however, required a bit more tact.
