Trax decided to gather some samples of the earth and water and other samples of plants and other life of this place as he tried to keep from being bored. As he placed the odd items in his sample case. He kept close to the complex as he finished what he needed to do. He kept quiet as he brief checked in on the others from a small distance. As the others cleared the tent to their duties so he decided to create a clean and sterile environment for him to start he scans and test of the corpses. It took him hours to deal with but he took his time so he would not miss anything and made sure there were plenty of samples from each body.

Corpse studies of the mummified remains quickly ID’d them as Guridians which was a bit surprising as 5000 years ago based on the age these showed the Gurdians didn’t have interstellar travel capability. This would feed into their mythos of the Lawgiver as their deity of sorts transporting them to different ‘realms’ aka planets in this case it seems by some means.

The corpse he was currently examining was a male probably about 40 or so years old about mid-age for a Guridan. It seems based on the scans the man died of a deep cut to his chest and skull by some kind of bladed weapon.

Trax made his scans and samples came back with extreme interest. as he placed his findings in a report for the others to read over at there leisure. He was a bit saddened by the way they died. As he finished off the odd reports and reported back to the Vulcan Shannok. As he saw the man he moved towards the Vulcan. “Excuse me Shannok? Here are my reports of the remains.” Trax said kindly to the man as he handed him the padd full of information.

Shanok came out of his tent to review Trax’s findings. “..Hmm, so some of these mummified remains are Gurdians, fascinating. Have you examined the other remains yet? Like the ones with the off slopped heads?” he asked, which Trax had not examined.

Once his reply came Shanok nodded a bit handing back the PADD. “..I would suggest examining them with the aide of one of your junior officers. Let me know what you find..” he said.

OOC: This will let you get Damine’s character into the sim to help out here try to involve him and go into a bit more detail of examination too please.

Trax noticed Damien as he came into Trax’s view. “Ensign Scott, would you like to help me deal with the mummies doing autopsies? Getting bio Samples and the like?” Trax asked the man calmly. “I got some of the bodies done and samples. But I apparently have plenty more to do…” Trax said softly He felt odd again but brushed the feeling off as he took a moment for a breather.

Dominic looked over at his superior nodding as he had been nibbling at his lower lip lightly “yes sir I can help you with that” he said as walked over to him ready to help him. Dominic still felt uneasy being here but he knew it was his job and he had to do it. “What all would you like me to do?” He asked politely
