Domingo sat in front of the desk as directed before reaching for the coffee. He held the cup in his hands and just savored the warmth for a moment before taking a sip.

“The Dresden was my last ship, though not my first. The Ark Angel is actually my fifth posting.” Domingo replied, “I left the Dresden along with the counselor and we both came to the Ark Angel. I just didn’t find myself fitting in well with the crew.”

“Fair enough. That can cause problems, I mean - being on the same ship with them for months on end, you have to get on or it can be a problem,” Simon replied with a slight smile. “So, you’ve moved around a bit. How long was you on the Dresden for?” he asked, though the tone suggested he knew that there was probably more information in regards to what happened there, but didn’t seem to press it.

“About three months.” Domingo responded before taking another drink of coffee, “I won’t speak ill of the crew, they really tried their best to include me. I appreciate their efforts, it just wasn’t for me. I’m hoping the Ark Angel will be the fresh start I need to get reacquainted with shipboard life and fitting in with the crew.”
