Once everyone was departing Drudoc turned her back on the table and gazed out into the vast darkness of space pondering what might lay ahead.

“Something on your mind, Captain?” Jasmijn inquired, approaching from the side. She had remained in silence majority of the meeting, choosing to listen rather than speak her piece. Albeit uncommon for the Klingon woman, it seemed to work well..this time.

Folding her arms over her chest, she stood slightly behind Drudoc as not to infringe upon her personal space (not that DeVries had any desire to be in such close quarters with anyone, either).

“Has your pondering ever led to a conclusion, sir?” She asked, shifting her attention to the vast expanse before them. She could not say she’d ever been in the place to contemplate such trivial and yet such remarkable matters. It was worthy of dumbfound, the question as to whether or not there was true meaning to any of their lives.
