Having been cleared by the counselor as well, Allison quickly made her way to the CO’s office to finally officially report for duty. She had been through this entire process upon reporting to her first ship out of the Academy, but it still seemed like there were so many steps to complete now her second time through it. As she located the CO’s office based on the schematics she had reviewed en route, she tapped the door chime and waited to be allowed entrance.

The door slid open as the voice finished and Allison quickly strode through it, stopping formally in front of the desk in the room.

“Good morning, Captain, Lieutenant Devlin reporting for duty,” she said, her tone pleasant despite the formality of the situation.

On the Captain’s desk were several PADDs which the Captain seemed engrossed in till the Lieutenant came in. “..Ah Lieutenant Devlin, good to have you aboard. Sorry I dont stand but I’m afraid I might knock down these PADDs command has me going over for our next mission, so please help yourself to the replicator and take a seat if you wish..” She said.
