Becket had just gotten the chance of looking at his pad and went to the briefing room. =/\= All senior staff to the briefing room =/\=. He called out. He had then gone to the briefing room and sat down at the head of the briefing room table. He had 8 different pads for 8 different people. Knowing that this mission is probably the most crucial mission that the Ark Angel has yet to deal with. He had finally reached to his chair in the briefing room and sat down. He sighed for a moment awaiting his senior staff to arrive.Captain Alex Becket

U.S.S. Ark AngelAs Becket took his seat and got to open the mission packet, he would be likely .....disappointed to say the least. ‘Most crucial mission yet’ in this case was in fact simply a large scale cargo delivery run to an outer region colony of Federation space. The colony within the Sans system, which was named after its original discoverer Lieutenant Archibald Sans aboard the USS Cancan back in 2203 at the turn of that century via his use of at then experimental long range probes. Was only later settled about 50 some years ago in 2351. Settled mostly on the third planet in the system, Sans III, it was a Class M world mostly inhabited by humans, with a scattering of other races from around the Federation. At last census a year ago the main colony numbered almost 62,000 some, with another couple thousand scattered among the smaller mining moons and asteroids in the system.
The cargo they were to run was mostly consisting of various mining equipment upgrade equipment, computer processor upgrades or replacements, various sensor pallet upgrades or replacements, several stores worth of assorted mundane clothes, toys, various food stuff, replicator and other assorted general spare parts, and various common medical supplies. All in all nothing too noteworthy but was essential for a colony on the fringe of claimed secured space in the Federation.
The information packet went on to detail that while no notable dangers natural or otherwise was worth nothing, the possibility of pirate activity made using a ship like the Ark Angel a more secure option then say a trio of cargo ships with an escort. Their orders in this case were as outlined:
- Securely deliver the cargo supplies to Sans III colony
- Upon delivery receipt check with the colonial administration of any current events or concerns that the Ark Angel and/or crew may assist with
- Upon completion of the above tasks, remain within the local region upon this missions completion for further orders, likely entailing basic patrols, surveys, and exploration

He sat there and sighed. “Dang. It’s just a supply run. Okay then.” He said to himself out loud.

U.S.S. Ark AngelOllie entered the briefing room with a slightly bewildered look on his face, having been hurried from his morning routine to report to the ready room and then immediately being called, with the rest of the senior staff, to the briefing room next door.
He nodded to the CO as moved around the table and settled into his usual place beginning to fidget with the PaDD while he waited for the captain to give the briefing.
Lieutenant Commander Ezeami - COS
Soral arrived shortly thereafter. This would be his first mission serving as Chief Science Officer. The responsibilities of the position were well within his training and experience; concern regarding his performance would have been illogical. Preparation mitigated uncertainty.
It was a common misconception among many species that Vulcans were devoid of emotion. The reality was more nuanced. Emotion existed—it was simply governed with discipline. Mastery, not absence, defined Vulcan control.
“Sirs,” he said evenly to the Captain and assembled Commanders.
He located his seat, lowered himself into it with straight-backed precision, hands lightly clasped before him, and waited with composed patience for the briefing to commence.
O’Nell entered the room looking at a padd and he was happy “warp core is now at 100% I finally had the spare parts that I’ve ordered and they have been installed before I came up here” he said moving to a open seat.
Lt. Commander Riley O’Nell (CE)
Becket looked up. “Very good, Mr. O’Nell. Very good.” Becket said. “We’ll wait for another few minutes before we get started.” He added.

Lt. Commander Riley O’Nell (CE)
He looked up at him and was a little puzzled. “Commander. I don’t think the time is quite right. We are apparently only delivering supplies, that’s all we’re really doing.” He said. “There is no need to get training in the big chair right away. Besides. The time will only tell when it’s your time to do so.” He added.

Lt. Commander Riley O’Nell (CE)
“Very well.” He said to him handing pads out to everyone. “Anyways here’s everyone’s pads. We have an assignment from Starfleet Command. With the supplies that we are receiving, we will be transporting it to said location. Not sure why we are doing it but we have been tasked by command to do so. Here is everyone’s orders.” He said.

USS Ark AngelBecket sat there with a bit of a smile. “Welcome in Doctor, Lieutenant. I’ve given the other two boys orders. We have received orders from command to take whatever cargo and supplies that is currently being loaded onto the ship. Deliver them to point be. I personally have no idea what is in these containers.” He started to explain to the doctor and the lieutenant handing them their pads to them.

“We could scan the containers to find out, Of course we should probably respect their privacy”
