Ensign Moore was off-shift during part of the journey to SB342. Until he was called to the bridge for his next shift, upon arrival in the system, he would go down and assist the LT with the shuttle checks.

As Storm entered Shuttle Bay 1, Sean had a report ready for him already. “Sir,” he said to the chief helm as he handed him a datapad. “All runabouts appear to be fully operational and recently inspected. The Armadillo shuttles are also ready to go, but one of us might want to get down to Bay 3 and inspect the 2 Armadillo’s there before we send them out. All workerbees are ready, and the other two runabouts are good and inspected as well.”

Moore pulled up the diagnostics of all of the last inspections on the larger screen in the shuttle bay. “You can see everything has checked out. I did two of the runabouts myself, and I believe you did the others just the other day.” The two of them had quite a bit to go over before they were due on bridge or away team duty.

“very well” said, however he eyed the shuttle bay and looked cross ” we should also spend some time cleaning the shuttle bays i dont like it when shuttles cant move around freely”

“Yessir, we can make that happen.” Moore looked in the direction Jax was gazing. There was indeed a mess in a couple of the corners. It was likely due to the recent inspections, but it did need to be cleaned up. “I’ll attend to that in just a moment.”

Sean shifted his focus to a different report. “I’ve made a few adjustments to our power levels as it pertains to navigation and helm controls. With your approval, I’ll put them in place when I am next on the bridge in advance of our arrival.” He slid the padd back to Jax.

“very well” Storm said looking over the pad ” please be careful with the ship i would prefer if we make it to starbase 342 without a scratch”

“Wouldn’t dream of it, sir.” Sean gathered the datapads and started to get his checklists in order for cleaning the bays and preparing the ship helm station. “Anything else, sir?”
