After leaving the Captain’s office, Cross nodded and smiled to the bridge staff before entering the lift and ordering it to Sickbay.
He was quite enjoying moving between so many decks and seeing the major parts of the ship. Familiarizing himself with so much of it would make it feel like home much faster.
Entering Sickbay he looked around for the Medical staff.

Counselor Alex Cross

Spenn was examining some charts when his fellow Vulcan Nurse T’Nira alerted him to the new arrival. He looked at Lieutenant Cross and spoke, “Lieutenant. What is the reason for your visit?”

“Good morning! Counselor Alex Cross, I’m here just crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s! I need my boarding physical. A pleasure to meet you, Dr. Spenn, is it?” Cross said coming forward and offering his hand to shake.

Spenn did not shake the counselor’s hand. He had just met the counselor. Why should he express affection in such a manner? Thus, he did not shake the hand.

“I am Doctor Spenn, correct. Please have a seat.”

Not discomfited at all, Cross smiled, nodded and took a seat in the closest biobed.

“Any medical conditions that may inhibit you from doing your job?” Spenn asked the counselor.
