T’Mor waited patiently in the medical bay. Nothing seemed terribly wrong from the outside, only because she was intentionally covering it up. The only indication something was wrong was the occasional scratching and itching at her arms. Only for her to cover them up immediately afterwards. This was a recurring condition. One that brought a lot of discomfort, and not just because of the rash. It served as a manifestation of her lack of control over her own emotions.

T’Mor had no plans to discuss it in depth, however. She was here to simply report the problem, perhaps received some topical treatment that could last a few days, and ultimately ignore the underlying problem until the symptoms went away.

Gavin had finished examining a patient when he noticed the Chief Science Officer waiting at one of the biobeds. “Something I can assist you with, T’Mor?” The Doctor asked as he approached the woman.

“Oh, yes Doctor…” T’Mor said, her own thoughts interrupted,

“I am experiencing a… minor flare-up. It is not terribly concerning, but perhaps it is worth logging in my medical record. Only if you deem it necessary, of course.”

T’Mor pulled up her uniform sleeves, revealing her arms. The underside of each forearm was covered in slightly puffy green welts, each about a centimeter across. There were also some small scratch marks, likely self-inflicted.

“Hmmm, how long has this been going on?” Doctor Stacey asked as he opened the tricorder for some scans. Gavin noticed some scratch marks accompanying the welts, so they must have been itching badly.

“46 hours,” T’Mor stated, referring specifically to this outbreak in particular. The condition itself was on her medical record as recurring, being documented since she joined Star Fleet.

Gavin logged the time in the notes and then continued with the scan. “Has anything stressful happened in the past 72 hours?” The Doctor asked as he formulated a diagnosis using the data from the scans. Dr. Stacey saw from T’Mor’s file that this was recurring, but there should’ve been a more precise plan by the previous attending physician.
